To keep existing sewer system in repair and condition to meet the health, D.E.Q and EPA standards for infiltration-inflow and any other sanitary condition dealing with the entire sewer system. To insure the production of a quality dewatered sludge that can be beneficially reused. To review Plans and Specifications for any new sewer system.
